Currently we are looking for

SENIOR SW ENGINEER / JAVA ARCHITECT (GYKL)

Location: Bp Hibrid: 1 day / week office

Salary: competitive

Work type: full time, emlpyee position, On call support: every 4-5 weeks for a week

Start: asap/ 1 month leaving period

Tasks:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems using Java and Spring (Boot/Cloud)
Own end-to-end solution design, from requirements to production deployment
Architect systems capable of handling high-load, mission-critical operations
Lead and contribute to system design and technical decision-making
Translate business and operational needs into robust technical solutions
Optimize and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems
Ensure system observability using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms
Drive performance tuning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with product owners, operations teams, and other stakeholders
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 critical operations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem
Proven experience designing and building distributed and high-load systems
Strong knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and microservices
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and SOA
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with operational and logistics data
Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
A proactive and curious engineer with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
űA strong communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Capable of maintaining a helicopter view while diving deep into technical challenges
Solution-oriented with a “getting things done” mindset
Interested in aviation and complex operational environments
Fluent in English
