FIELD SALES MANAGER - CONSUMER GOODS (LV)


Location: Budapest + countrywide

Package: competitive salary + yearly bonus + cafeteria + company car

Type of employment: employee


Main tasks:

  • Participating in the development of the sales strategy and annual plan (B2B Sales, Traditional Trade, Consumer Goods, FMCG);
  • Operational management, supervision, motivation and regular evaluation of the field sales team (8-10 FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES) in line with the organisation's vision, mission and values;
  • Competence development of the sales team;
  • Supervising the preparation of sales reports, including financial statements;
  • Maintaining existing relationships, building and developing new relationships with business partners and customers across all sales channels;
  • Establishing techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency;
  • Monitoring and analysing competitors;
  • Supporting sales volume, market share and promotions in line with the guidelines for the independent market, traditional trade area.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Trade; 
  • 5-8 years of Sales experience (National Sales Manager, Field Sales Force Manager, Head of Field Sales, Sales Director, Commercial Manager, Area Sales Manager, értékesítési vezető, kereskedelmi vezető) in international environment (preferably Production and Sales of CONSUMER GOODS, FMCG, FOOD, BEVERAGES, NON-FOOD, BUILDING MATERIALS, ELECTRONICS, INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS or PPE); 
  • Proven track record in strategy development and managing multichannel sales structure (B2B Sales, Field Sales, Traditional Trade, Outside Sales, Domestic Sales, Local Chains, Wholesale, Distribution, Resellers, Agents, Retail / DIY);
  • Experienced in project management, change management, business transformation and process optimization;
  • Strong LEADERSHIP skills (8-10 FTE’s, területi képviselők, szaktanácsadók);
  • Experience in building, developing and managing efficient, well-performing sales teams;
  • Ability to perform well in a complex and fast changing international business environment;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Pro-active, energetic, results-oriented leader;
  • Fluent ENGLISH (+ native Hungarian) language knowledge;
  • Driving license “B”.
