EXPORT SALES MANAGER - GERMANY / BENELUX / SCANDINAVIA (LV)



Location: Home Office + frequent business trips to Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia

Package: competitive salary + bonus + company car

Main tasks:

  • Actively sell the company's products (High-value/premium products), acquire new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to increase product sales.
  • Analyze market trends, demands, and competitors to keep the company’s products competitive.
  • Develop active measures to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and target new customers, build relationships, and maintain connections with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, prepare and finalize contracts.
  • Collect regular feedback to continuously improve products and services.
  • Detailed knowledge of products, conducting product presentations for clients.
  • Present product benefits and features in line with customer needs.
  • Coordinate product launch campaigns, promotions, and marketing actions.
  • Track sales results and prepare reports for management.
  • Regular evaluation of performance indicators (KPIs) and analysis of results.
  • Collect and analyze market and customer data, make suggestions to improve the sales process.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure successful product market entry.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Foreign Trade, Economics or technical background preferred);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales (Area sales manager, Export manager, Business development manager, International sales manager, Regional sales manager, Head of sales, Értékesítési vezető, Üzletfejlesztő manager, Sales representative, Salesman, B2B Sales, Distribution, Dealer, Wholesales, DIY, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Sanitary, Wellness, Luxury Products or Premium Products);
  • Sales experience in international markets (Germany, DACH, Benelux, Belgium, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark or CEE)
  • Negotiation-level ENGLISH and/or GERMAN language skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
  • Open to frequent INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRAVEL;
  • Driving license “B”;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strategic thinking; Results-oriented mindset, proactivity.
