Currently we are looking for

SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER/DIRECTOR (GYK)

Location: Budapest, hybrid or full remote (once a month the colleagues like to see each other in BP office)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: full time employee

Tasks:

Lead end-to-end project management for feature development and product launches
Work on a exciting new technology for the B2B and B2C market, with a revolutionary new AI technology to be launched later this year
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional results
Ensure timely delivery of committed features while maintaining quality standards
Serve as the key liaison between customer needs and technical implementation
Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction

Core responsibilities:

Track and prioritize user requests and feedback
Maintain and communicate development roadmaps to all stakeholders
Oversee the timely release of committed features and bug fixes
Coordinate effectively with geographically distributed team members across time zones using mainly scrum

Requirements:

10 + years of experience as a software development project manager in the software industry
Technical expertise in mobile and web applications sufficient to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to synthesize requirements from multiple sources and stakeholders
Hands-on experience managing DevOps processes and workflows
Proven experience as a senior project manager in a technology environment
Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Customer-focused mindset with ability to balance competing priorities

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
Experience working with enterprise clients, sports organizations, or within the sports industry preferred
Background with real-time audio and video technologies
Familiarity with AI/ML project workflows
