Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project schedules and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Communicate project objectives, tasks, and deadlines clearly to team members.
- Foster a positive, productive team environment.
Budget Management:
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget, adjusting as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment of stakeholders with project goals.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure any issues or roadblocks are addressed promptly to avoid delays.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of the project post-implementation.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or a related role.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Skills:
- Knowledge of P6 primavera project planning tool
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering results.
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
- Confident English knowledge
